Adoration

L.	O Sacred Banquet,
R.	in which Christ is our food, his passion is recalled, grace fills our hearts, and we receive a pledge of the glory to come. (Alleluia.)
L.	You have given us bread from heaven, (alleluia,)
R.	having in it the fruits of all goodness. (Alleluia.)
L.	Lord Jesus Christ, you gave us the Eucharist as the memorial of your suffering, death, and resurrection. May our worship of this sacrament of your body and blood help us to experience the salvation you won for us and the peace of the kingdom where you live and reign for ever and ever.

The Angelus

Introduction (optional):

L.	"This is how God loved the world: he gave his only Son, so that everyone who believes in him may not perish but may have eternal life"(John 3:16).
	Adoring, we remember the mystery of the incarnation of the Word and we greet Mary, Mother of the Redeemer.

L.	The Angel of the Lord declared unto Mary.
R.	and she conceived of the Holy Spirit. Hail Mary.
L.	Behold the handmaid of the Lord.
R.	Be it done unto me according to your word. Hail Mary.
L.	And the Word was made flesh,
R.	and dwelt among us. Hail Mary.
L.	Pray for us, Holy Mother of God,
R.	that we may be made worthy of the promises of Christ
L.	We pray: Pour forth, we beseech you, O Lord, your grace into our hearts, that we, to whom the incarnation of Christ your Son was made known by the message of an Angel, may, by his Passion and Cross, be brought to the glory of his resurrection. We ask this through the same Christ our Lord.

	In the joy of the resurrection let us address our prayer to Mary, Mother of the Redeemer.

L.	Queen of heaven, rejoice, alleluia.
R.	The Son whom you merited to bear, alleluia,

L.	Rejoice and be glad, O Virgin Mary,
